• Identification of the material that was removed or access to which was disabled, and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

3. Repeat Infringers​

NFSTube.com reserves the right to terminate access to our website for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright law.

NFSTube.com is not responsible for any content posted by users. We do not monitor or control user-generated content and are not liable for any claims of copyright infringement. We will, however, respond to valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action as required by law.
